Players at academies often feel lost and alone, burnt out, without any hunger, or fed up with tennis. They are over-trained, emotionally low, or depressed because they feel like “losers” as their tennis journey is not going the way they would like, and they don’t understand why.
We aim to prepare players to build mental confidence and ability. Our desire is for players to leave our Tennis Camps prepared with the skills and awareness to continue their development as human beings and tennis players after the camp.
Pepe and Marko choose to keep the group very small, so that each individual receives the attention they need, to help each player improve in their tennis in the most efficient way. We do not support highly repetitive monotonous training. Instead, Pepe and Marko make use of visualization techniques and psychological training to help each individual get the most out of their time on the court.
Because we are such a small group, everything each player does is for their own specific growth as a player and as a person. There is never any time wasted on the court. Every exercise, drill, or technical adjustment we do is tailored to the needs of the individual and what they need to improve on. Unlike at many academies where players find themselves doing drills just because they are told to do so.

In order for Pepe and Marko to help on an emotional and psychological level it Is vital they have trust and understanding between them and the players. To make sure that players receive this high level of personal attention it is important to keep the academy small and intimate. Through our philosophy, it is very important to us that the group, both coaches and players feels very much like a family.
